"Who watches the Watchmen?"

We will. I'm really excited for the Watchmen movie coming out in March. I've been lookin at other sites for info on the movie and it looks like its gonna be GREAT. I read the graphic novel by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons last year. It lives up to its hype, believe me. If you haven't read or even heard of this awesome piece of literature, you need to open a tab and research it NOW. Here's the latest trailer for the movie.

Some Gestures

These are just a couple of 20-30 second gestures I did at a portrait night a couple of weeks ago. I'm trying to improve my speed. I did these in my Moleskine sketch book. These are really awesome high quality sketch journals and I recommend them to everyone who wants great quality. You can even paint on the pages.... Sorry, I'm goin off on a book tangent. More work to come soon.

These are just a few things from my sketch books from life and some of my classes.

Year 2

I'm in my second year here at Ringling College. Classes have been kind of hectic lately but I'm managing. Here's some of the stuff I've done so far.

The Joker on an 8 x 10 inch scratch board.


This was my first time using oil paint. I've fallen in love with the stuff.
